Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been billed or shipped. This subscription is a surprise box so that is a risk you are agreeing to when you subscribe. We do have a Swap Shop on Facebook for subscribers only to buy, sell and trade box items. If you don’t like the box contents, then that is also the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your friends and family. If you would like to cancel your subscription please do so prior to your renewal date. After your renewal date we have no obligation to refund the charge.

Damaged Item

If you believe you received a faulty or damaged item in your box please contact us immediately at support@bowhunterboxclub.com and we will contact you shortly to resolve the issue.
